Agape Doulas LLC provides information and services related to childbirth, breastfeeding, newborn care, and other parenting topics. Our services are for educational, emotional, spiritual, physical, and mental support only.
We do not provide medical advice. Our content and services are not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult your physician or qualified health provider with any questions about your health or care.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Risk-Free Guarantee: All purchases are billed in full (minus discounts) via PayPal or Stripe before services are rendered.

7-Day Refund Window: If you are not satisfied, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase to request a refund. Access to any refunded class or course will be removed, and your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Services Rendered: Some services may not be eligible for a full refund once delivered. See your individual contract for details.

Membership/Subscription: If you cancel your Nurtured Mama Circle subscription, you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused periods unless required by law.

SMS Messaging Terms

Consent
By providing your phone number and checking one or both opt-in boxes on our forms, you agree to receive SMS messages from Agape Doulas LLC.

Transactional messages: Appointment reminders, service updates, account notifications.

Marketing/promotional messages: Special offers, educational content, event invitations.
Message frequency varies, but will not exceed 4 messages per month per category. Message & data rates may apply.

Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.

No Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages or content.

User Conduct

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Clay County, Florida.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agape Doulas LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Disclaimer of Warranties
We make no guarantees as to specific outcomes from the use of our services. All content and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agape Doulas LLC and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these terms.

Dispute Resolution & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in Clay County, Florida, and not as part of a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to our services at our sole discretion, with or without cause.

Other Protective Clauses

Entire Agreement: These Terms and any policies linked herein are the entire agreement between you and Agape Doulas LLC.

Severability: If any portion of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions).

Attorney’s Fees: In any dispute, the prevailing party is entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
